The Electrical Life of Louis Wain is the extraordinary true story of eccentric British artist Louis Wain, who is enchantingly portrayed by BAFTA-winner Benedict Cumberbatch.

Louis Wain’s playful, endearing and sometimes even psychedelic pictures of cats helped to transform the public’s perception of felines forever.

Moving from the late 1800s to the 1930s, this delightful film, narrated by Olivia Colman, follows the adventures of this inspiring, unsung hero, as he seeks to unlock the ‘electrical’ mysteries of the world and, in so doing, better understand his own life and the profound love he shared with her wife Emily Richardson (a captivating turn from Emmy Winner Claire Foy).

Our exclusive screenings for parents and guardians of children under one year old allow them the chance to catch up on the latest movies with their baby in a safe and sympathetic environment, without the worry of causing a disturbance.

Tickets for the parent/carer and baby screenings are £9.50 (inc. booking fee) /£8.50 (members, inc. booking fee) with the baby (aged under one year old) going free. Only parents or carers with babies will be admitted to these screenings.
