Starring: Scarlett Johansson, Sam Rockwell, Taika Waititi

One-of-a-kind filmmaker Taika Waititi (Thor: RagnarokHunt for the Wilderpeople) returns with this aberrant satire loosely adapted from a novel by Christine Leunens. It’s springtime in Germany and Johannes “Jojo” Beltzer (Roman Griffin Davis) has been thoroughly indoctrinated by Hitler youth. Joined by his imaginary friend, Adolf Hitler (played with Python-esque slapstick by Waititi), Jojo ‘s world is turned upside town when he discovers that his mother (Scarlett Johansson) is hiding a Jewish girl (Thomasin McKenzie) in their home. In equal turns hilarious and heartbreaking, Jojo Rabbit is a truly unique cinematic experience unlike anything else you’ll see this year.
