Legendary icon of rock-and-roll Elvis Presley stars as troubled young adult, Vince Everett, in Jailhouse Rock. Serving time for manslaughter, Vince is introduced to the record business by his cellmate. Soon enough he takes to it and becomes a charismatic singer with excellent songs. With help along the way, Vince becomes an international superstar – but will his desire for fame and money cause him to forget the people who got him there?

The Screening on Tue 10 March at 2.30pm is a Dementia-Friendly screening. Dementia-Friendly screenings are open to all and offer people living with dementia, including young onset dementia, the chance to enjoy a classic film in a relaxed and supportive environment.
