Attending a film at Northampton Filmhouse:
While we are still the same Filmhouse you know and love, we have had to make some changes to ensure the safety of our audiences and staff. Here is everything you need to know!
Please DO NOT ATTEND if you feel unwell or have symptoms of COVID-19
Capacity will be limited with socially-distanced seating in place.
You will always need to book tickets in advance and these will be e-tickets for you to print at home or show on your phone or tablet.
We recommend pre-ordering food; the bar will be open for contact-less payments but it helps reduce queuing if you can pre-order.
We will provide you with an arrival time for your screening so that we can ease crowding and limit queuing. This time will be displayed on your e-ticket.
There will be a one way system in place throughout the building.
Please wear a mask at all times unless you are specifically exempt, or eating and drinking.
In accordance with the current regulations around patrons attending indoor events, we will require all visitors to check in using the NHS QR code. Save time by downloading the app before you visit.
Hand sanitising stations are available in the Filmhouse
Both screens will be cleaned and sanitised between each screening and overnight.
If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]
Don’t forget to pre-order your favourite Filmhouse drinks when booking your tickets, these will be delivered to your table when you arrive and helps us reduce queuing at the bar. Check out what’s on offer:
